When placing an order with us, we offer various options to best suit your needs whether it be delivery or collection from our sites in Flitwick, Telford or Ballyclare. Collection orders come at no extra cost, with deliveries only incurring charges for smaller orders with specific needs.

Large order deliveries

Delivery for large orders

We offer free delivery for orders which are 14 pallets or more – that's inclusive of delivery extras such as choosing an morning, afternoon or specific time slot, as well as requirements for tail lifts, rigids, and moffetts.

Orders are placed by emailing our Customer Service Team where you will be able to choose your delivery date and discuss any additional requirements.

Small order deliveries

Delivery for small orders

When placing an order of 1-13 pallets, we offer:

  • In England, Scotland & Wales: Free delivery on a predefined weekday depending on your postcode (check your postcode here).
  • In Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland: Free delivery in 2-3 days.

Orders are placed by emailing our Customer Service Team where you will be able to choose your delivery date and discuss any additional requirements. If you need your order delivered on a specific day or any extra requirements, there are some added costs:

A charge of £100 for the first pallet plus £60 for every additional pallet is charged for orders of 1-13 pallets where a predefined weekday is not suitable, any extra requirements are charged as below:

  • Tail lift: £100
  • Rigid: £100
  • Rigid/artic moffett: £150
  • Timed delivery/out-of-hours delivery: £150

Collection from site orders

Collection orders

Collection orders come at no extra cost and are placed by emailing our Customer Service Team where you will be given a reference number and time slot for collection. 

Orders can be released after presenting the collection reference number, so if you are using a courier service you must ensure they have a copy of this.

Additional information

  • Standard delivery: Our standard delivery window is from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday
  • Timed delivery: We offer an AM service, PM service, or an hour specified by you
  • Demurrage: Also known as a waiting charge, which is charged for any vehicles not off-loaded within an hour of arrival on site.
  • Out-of-hours: This is defined as outside of our standard delivery hours and includes Bank Holidays.
  • Predefined delivery days: Where small orders (of 1-13 pallets) can take advantage of our free delivery service which will be in your area on a set day each week. When taking advantage of this free delivery option, you may not request a timed slot. Any amendments to your predefined standard delivery day will be communicated to you a week in advanced as minimum.
  • Minimum order quantities apply to all site deliveries
  • Supplied only in full pallets except products typically sold in small numbers where multiples of 10 are offered
  • weberjoint premium silicone products are supplied in full boxes (12 tubes per box) only
  • weberjoint tile grouts are applied in multiples of 10 of each colour only
  • For special requirements on a project order please contact our Customer Service Team who may assist you.
  • VAT will be added to all charges at standard rate
  • Deliveries outside of the UK mainland or Ireland (ie. Channel Islands or Isle of Man) are delivered to port side only
  • Refused deliveries and return requests are subject to transport cost and a 20% restocking fee
  • If you are considering exporting any Weber products, please notify us for required Embargo & Sanction checks
  • Please refer to our Delivery Lead Time Map for information about delivery times
  • FORS Silver Accreditation available on request
  • All delivery points must be suitable for the vehicle type being booked

Weber is committed to ensuring compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements relating to internal trade. Weber does not permit the supply of any of its goods to any individuals, companies or organisations that are subject to any trade, economic or financial sanctions, embargoes or similar restrictive measures administered, enacted or enforced by the UK, EU, UN, or USA ("Sanctioned Entities"). By entering into this Contract you agree not to resell or otherwise transfer the goods supplied by Weber, either directly or indirectly, to any Sanctioned Entities.

  • No collection can take place without previous booking with the Customer Service Team at the time of order acknowledgement
  • We are open for collections from 08:00-16:30, Monday to Friday in Flitwick and Telford, and 08:00-16:00 in Ballyclare.
  • We will provide you with a timed booking slot and a collection reference at point of order
  • The order cannot be released without quoting the order reference provided. If you are utilising a courier service please ensure they have a copy of the order reference upon arrival
  • If a collection will be late for the agreed booking slot, we may not be able to accommodate your order that day. Please contact our team to rearrange your collection date
  • Collections are subject to a waiting time of up to 1 hour
  • Stocked products are available for next day collection and for any other products a collection date will be provided on receipt of order
